Custom Order Terms & Conditions

Overview

By submitting a custom order request or completing a purchase for a custom product, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all custom apparel orders.


Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to place a custom order.


Order Agreement

All custom orders are made-to-order and subject to review, approval, and final pricing confirmation.


Design Ownership & Trademark Compliance

You confirm that you own or have authorization to use all submitted designs. You assume full legal responsibility for any copyright or trademark claims.


Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing copyrighted or trademarked material without permission, offensive content, or legal violations.


Pricing & Payment

Orders will not enter production until full payment is completed via Shopify checkout.


Production & Turnaround

Production typically takes 2–10 business days depending on order complexity after approval and payment.


Third-Party Fulfillment

We rely on third-party providers such as Printify and shipping carriers. Delays related to these providers are outside our control.


Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary. We are not responsible for carrier delays once shipped.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Orders sent to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery and must include photo evidence.

Once a claim is approved, items must be returned (if requested) within 30 days of delivery.

Failure to report issues within the 7-day window may result in the claim being denied.


Order Approval Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all mockups, spelling, colors, and placement before production.


Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages or delays caused by third parties.


Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
