Return & Refund Policy

1.    Returns & Exchanges

As all of our products are printed on demand and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

·       Change of mind

·       Incorrect sizing ordered

·       Color preference changes

·       To ensure you're completely satisfied, please review all product details and sizing charts before placing your order.

 

2.    Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right. To receive a replacement or refund:

Contact us at support@seasonaltouchesbybpc.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

·       Your order number

·       Clear photos of the issue

·       A brief description of the problem

·       Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

·       A replacement will be issued at no additional cost

Note: Items must be returned (if requested) within 30 days of delivery. Failure to report issues within the 7-day window may result in the claim being denied.

 

3.    Order Not Received

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order:

·       Check with neighbors, your local post office, or mailroom

·       Allow 2–3 business days for possible early delivery scans

If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we’ll assist you.

 

4.    Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided at checkout:

·       We are not responsible for undeliverable packages

·       If returned to us, we can reship the item at the customer’s expense.

 

5.    Important Notes

·       All items are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify

·       Replacements are only issued for production or delivery errors

·       We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the requirements above.
