·       Incorrect sizing ordered

·       Color preference changes

·       To ensure you're completely satisfied, please review all product details and sizing charts before placing your order.

 

2.    Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right. To receive a replacement or refund:

Contact us at support@seasonaltouchesbybpc.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

·       Your order number

·       Clear photos of the issue

·       A brief description of the problem

·       Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

·       A replacement will be issued at no additional cost

Note: Items must be returned (if requested) within 30 days of delivery. Failure to report issues within the 7-day window may result in the claim being denied.

 

3.    Order Not Received

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order:

·       Check with neighbors, your local post office, or mailroom

·       Allow 2–3 business days for possible early delivery scans

If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we’ll assist you.

 

4.    Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided at checkout:

·       We are not responsible for undeliverable packages

·       If returned to us, we can reship the item at the customer’s expense.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping Seasonal Touches! All of our products are made-to-order, which means we start creating your items as soon as you place your order. Below are the details for how we handle shipping within the United States.

 

1.    Production Time

Once you place your order, production typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on the item and order volume.

 

2.    Shipping Times (U.S. Only)

We currently ship only within the United States.

·       Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days after production

·       Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–14 business days from order date

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and during peak seasons or holidays.

 

3.    Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order. Some items may ship separately depending on the Printify partner fulfilling your product.

 

4.    Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package right to your door. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

 

5.    Delays & Address Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment—additional shipping fees may apply.
